PAGTAYA: Ang Lalawigan ng Aurora at ang mga rehiyon ng Cagayan Valley, Cordillera at Ilocos ay magiging bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na may pulu-pulong mga pag-ulan o pagkidlat-pagkulog.
Katamtaman hanggang sa kung minsan ay malakas na hangin mula sa Hilagang-Silangan ang iiral sa mga Lalawigan ng Cagayan, Ilocos, Kalinga at Apayao at mula naman sa Silangan hanggang Hilagang Silangan sa Lalawigan ng Aurora at sa nalalabing bahagi ng Hilagang Luzon . Ang mga baybaying dagat ay magiging katamtaman hanggang sa kung minsan ay maalon.
FORECAST: The Province of Aurora and the regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and Ilocos will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the Provinces of Cagayan, Ilocos, Kalinga and Apayao and coming from the East to Northeast over Aurora Province and the rest of Northern Luzon. The coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.
